Who can I contact for more information in regards to apparel & shoe sizing concerns or any questions?
- How long will my order take?
Allow 1-2 business days to process before we ship your order.
- Do you ship to addresses outside the US?
We do not ship outside the US unless you pay customs and full shipping cost
- Do you ship to PO Boxes addresses?
Yes we do via USPS. There might be extra charges
Exchange orders/ Return:
- Can I return/ exchange my order?
All orders can be return or exchanged with in the 90 days of the shipping date. Exclude items that are worn, damaged by customer or passed the 90 days.
- How can I cancel my order?
All refunds take couple of days to process. We will refund in full in the form of payment used on the original order.
- How can I return items?
Use the return label included in your order. If lost, damaged or don’t have one please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a label.
RETURN/ EXCHANGE BY MAIL
You may return your online purchase within 90 days from receipt for a full refund/exchange. Except for items that have been worn, damaged or not in its original packaging.
If you’re doing an exchange please contact us at email@example.com and provide us with name, order number and new item your exchanging it for. An email will be send with tracking information.

RETURN IN STORE
You may return any item to our stores within 90 days of purchase. A refund will be issue in full in the form of payment used on the original order. If the receipt is not available, an in store credit will be issued at the current product price.
