Golden State Warriors Charity Match
On Saturday, November 5th NBA fans in the bay area got to enjoy a night of ball as the current and past Golden State Warriors hosted a charity game at the San Jose State Event Center with benefits going to the Matt Barnes’ Athletes vs Cancer Foundation. PEAK representation was in full force with Dorell Wright on the current Warriors, team while both Jason Richardson and Anthony Morrow (one of PEAK’s newest athletes) were playing with the Warriors of the past. The current Warriors took the win by 5 with a final score of 158-153.
Dorell Wright of team “Dub,” was one of the stars of the game leading the scorers with 41 points contributing to their victory. While on “We Believe”, Jason Richardson entertained the crowd with several of his famous slam dunks and Morrow contributing 29 points.
JRich might have given bay area fan the best news of the evening, when the free agent announced he would be interested in returning to Oakland, given the opportunity. It will be seen if the Warriors were listening.
